Je Senior Researcher Inštitútu pre dobre spravovanú spoločnosť, Research Fellow CELSI, Bratislava a IZA, Bonn a prednáša mikroekonómiu pre verejnú politiku ako Visiting Faculty, Department of Public Policy, CEU. Pôsobí ako konzultantka OECD, predtým radila Svetovej banke a Podnikateľskej aliancii Slovenska. PhD obhájila na Central European University, Budapest, Hungary, predtým absolvovala Fakultu politológie a medzinárodných vzťahov Univerzity Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici s cenou rektora za najlepšieho študenta univerzity. Pracovala na Infostat. V roku 2012 bola nominovaná na ECPR Blondel Best Dissertation Prize, v roku 2011 získala druhú cenu Central European University: Best dissertation award. Publikovala desiatky odborných článkov v karentovaných časopisoch, kapitoly niekoľkých kníh a desiatky odborných správ a odporúčaní pre verejné politiky.
