On 13th October 2023, our colleagues Ivana Studená, Miroslav Štefánik and Lucia Kováčová participated in the final conference of the ISKILL project: Industrial Relations and Social Dialogue to Kick-In Inclusive Adult Learning at the premises of Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), a leader of the project. Our team presented the results of a case study in adult learning at the workplace in the automotive sector in Slovakia with an emphasis on the role of social dialogue as well as an analysis of quantitative data on the involvement of workers in adult learning in EU countries with a special focus on contemporary trends in participation in education, inequalities and the role of collective bargaining.
This conference has the objective to disseminate the research findings, share country experiences and best practice and engage in a constructive debate about actual challenges in adult learning.
